Shipping:
- $8 Priority USPS or UPS shipping or FREE on orders over $100!
- Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 Business days.
- FREE local pickup is available in store (Moultrie, Georgia) during shop business hours.
Returns:
Our desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from The Flossy Peach. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we welcome the return of merchandise under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed with tags still attached accompanied by the original receipt.
- Items are eligible for a full refund minus shipping costs if returned within 7 days of package delivery.
- Items are eligible for a store credit minus shipping costs if returned within 14 days of package delivery.
- Items must be in perfect, new condition.
- Damaged items must be reported within 3 days of package delivery.
- Sale/clearance items are NOT returnable. They are FINAL sale.
- All sales are FINAL for jewelry, masks, accessories and personalized items.
- Shipping charges (original and return) are the customer’s responsibility.
- All returns must be accompanied by a TFP return form which is included in your package. If you need a replacement copy, please feel free to email us and we will be happy to send you one!
