Our desire is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchases from The Flossy Peach. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we welcome the return of merchandise under the following conditions:
- It is in new condition.
- It has not been washed, worn, or altered.
- All tags are still attached.
- It is accompanied by the original invoice.
- It is returned in accordance with the schedule below.
Merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt shall receive store credit or a full refund credited to the original purchaser. Merchandise returned within 14 days of receipt (but after 7) shall receive store credit only. The credit will be issued to the original purchaser’s account.
While we take extra care to ensure that our products are shipped without defect, should merchandise arrive damaged, it must be reported via phone or email within 3 days of receipt in order for the item to be accepted for refunds as stated above.
Please note: All sales are final for SALE, jewelry, accessory, and personalized items. No refunds will be permitted for such items unless the product is damaged upon your receipt and we are notified of the damage within 3 days of receipt. Damaged items must be returned within 10 business days of notification.
How to make a return:
Please use the return form provided in your original order to make a return. Feel free to call us during normal business hours at 229-529-4757 or email us 24/7 at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will accommodate your needs to the best of our abilities.
*All customers are responsible for return shipping costs with the exception of damaged items.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your refund is processed completely. The Flossy Peach is not responsible for damaged, missing, or packages lost in transit.
